Easy to use
I use Passage when contracting for a tour company and I’ve always found it easy to use compared to their competitors. I started my own company and it’s just as easy to set up events from the back end.
App crashing after update
This app has a lot of problems after the software update. I have uninstalled it and downloaded again and still the app crashes every time I scan a customer ticket.

Don't be confused, this isn't an app for ticket purchasers. This is a backoffice/scanning app for event organizers. For those purposes it works great. I can scan quickly or use the guest lookup feature if they forgot their ticket. I've used several other ticketing services backend and this by far is the best.

How stupid
First Screen that appears once you upload the app is a login screen. There is no way to create an account so you can’t login. How can the developer not know this? Beyond stupid. Zero stars is more appropriate.
