Frustrated
App freezes constantly and can’t navigate through window options. Online and app experience is night and day. Please advise!! I hope this is corrected soon or this may be my last time using the app.
Timing Out
Cannot log in. Always timing out even though I have full bars and wifi service.
Awful (apps)!!!
I cannot make sense of how bad, unclear and plain obsolete these apps TicketLeap has rolled out despite their site actually being pretty good. They have 3 different apps, it’s unclear which apps you need and which you don’t. Two of them may be completely obsolete, so I’m not sure why they are even accessible. Its a bad look considering Ticketleap doesn’t answer calls and is slow with returning emails. So you’re kind of stuck. I think I’ll switch to a diff event host at this point.

Improvements required
Great start for rebuilding the system however place add a way to capture Apple Pay transactions for free Nate sales where buyers can tap there devise to my iPhone or iPad which would bring in the payment detailed to finalize there transaction.
