Ticket didn’t show up

I bought a ticket FOR $90 and it never appeared on my app. I wasn’t able to get a refund. Whoever made this app is braindead

Where do tickets go??

More than once I have bought tickets to an event and TicketLeap is hosting and then as the event comes nearer the App says I have no tickets so I have to go searching through emails to find my receipt and get the tickets that way.

Virtual ticket purchase

Ticket not showing up in my app. Therefore cannot use. Tried to contact TICKETLEAP to no avail. Have used before but now when I log in, it says “ Bummer no events” when I click on tickets. What gives? I should have a virtual online ticket. I was charged for it. Need to get this app fixed or not charge for a ticket that’s not showing up but that has been paid for. Infuriated!!!!!!
