Long way to go to even match competitors
Unlike 99% of the password managers out there, this one doesn’t has offline mode to allow you to view passwords. It also keeps asking you to enable Touch ID or Face ID when you purposefully not enable it, and you can turn it off. So annoying. As soon as you minimize the app, it locks you out and you can’t change the timeout settings like all other password managers. Update 6/28/2023 - now they’re shutting the app after August 1, but the company doesn’t state that on the website or in App Store. So shady!!

Unusable on iOS 14
Been this way for a while. App repeatedly crashes on launch after Touch ID.

Good, original product
Lots of extra protection and features not offered by competitors and at a lower cost. Some parts of the workflow can be tedious but the extra protection is worth it in my book
