Lousy iOS app

For all that we are paying for HelpWise, they could at least have a decent iOS app. The app keeps getting stuck where it won’t load any data and there is no way to log out and back in without deleting the whole app.

Good on desktop, terrible app

We use Helpwise for our business and it's great. But the iPhone app is almost useless. Pages fail to load, error messages abound, and functionality is missing.

App had a ton of great potential. The overall UI and UX is very poor.

Great service, unusable app

Unfortunately this app does not work. I only get either a never ending "loading..." or an error message that runs off the screen on left and right. So frustrating, because we love helpwise on a computer!
