This is literally the worst app ever known to the mankind.
UI is confusing and non responsive, backend does not work as the time refresh and you will never know how far the bus is.
If someone were to make one shot vibe coded app, it would still be better than this trash

this app is somewhat not reliable. It makes you miss the bus because of the wrong time it provides and it glitches out too much and you missed your stop. The tracking of the buses are always wrong or not always but half the time the tracking is wrong and the buses are not even coming. You have to wait at the bus stop even longer because the tracking was off.

Legit the worse way to get around
I hate this app with a passion, the buses are never showing the right route and it always seems to be either early or late. Sometimes they don’t even show up at all and the app doesn’t give any notification of cancellations! I hate this app so much💀

Misleading tagline
Do you wanna get somewhere on time? Well forget it. You won’t get that with this app. Their tagline is “real time bus tracking” and, well, forget the “real time” part of it. There just simply isn’t any tracking view. You can see the routes, and that’s it. You might as well use Google Maps because at least Google Maps will suggest other forms of transit.

Great app!
I have been using Passio Go for iOS for the past one year, and I found this app to be great to track my university bus schedule. Everything works smoothly so far! I recommend this app to others!
A few suggestions
I like the idea of knowing where the bus is that ur looking for, can be seen in real time. Instead of having to call and ask where it is at the moment
I think there should be an option where as you can can see about how long it will take to get to a certain location along the route from the 2 stations. Instead of going to the website or calling. And the times that it will leave the stations. A few more different options in the settings also

Does not work
Phantom buses. Location always loads to last stop and takes too long to refresh to current stop. Buses disappear, error messages abound. This app is terrible
Great service
The Atlantic station shuttle drivers are very polite, service is excellent, keep it up.
Some of the vehicles do not have GPS on them
They also are further ahead than the GPS gives you.
If there any changes in the schedule, it is not put on the Messages bar.

Incredibly inaccurate
The times and icons are not at all accurate
Slow, bad tracking
App is slow, confusing to navigate, and half the time busses just don’t even show up with 0 notification.
Not for public transportation
I thought this was going to help me with public transportation, such as GTA buses, (Greensboro public Transit Authority )for you to get around your city everywhere day-to-day use I wish there was something that specified that before you download it

I genuinely have to estimate when my bus comes because the tracker is never not broken. only one bus shows up, very risky gambles 😬
