Can’t review because I can’t load in

I’m on an IPhone 7 with IOS 15.8.2 and is says on this page that the minimum IOS requirement is IOS 9.0 for IPhones so I’m going to ask this one time: WHY DOES MY GAME NOT WORK WHEN MY PHONE HAS MET ALL THE REQUIREMENTS?!

Edit: I’m now on an iPhone 13 with IOS 18 and this game still doesn’t work as it just stays in an infinite loading screen which is sad as the game looks rather good but I just can’t play it because it physically won’t load. Developers please figure out why this is happening as I really want to play this game so please developers, fix the issue if you can find it
