I’m on an IPhone 7 with IOS 15.8.2 and is says on this page that the minimum IOS requirement is IOS 9.0 for IPhones so I’m going to ask this one time: WHY DOES MY GAME NOT WORK WHEN MY PHONE HAS MET ALL THE REQUIREMENTS?!
Edit: I’m now on an iPhone 13 with IOS 18 and this game still doesn’t work as it just stays in an infinite loading screen which is sad as the game looks rather good but I just can’t play it because it physically won’t load. Developers please figure out why this is happening as I really want to play this game so please developers, fix the issue if you can find it

It won’t let me on the game, well it will but when it says “Downloading game data” it takes FOREVER! Please fix this or come up with ideas why it’s happening

Can’t even load the game anymore
Whenever you boot up the game it just says downloading game data, and sits like that forever. it’s happened to me on more than one device, and I’ve even let it sit like that for over 20 minutes before and nothing changes. This used to be a fun app when it worked, how could you possibly let the last update you ever make for the game break it completely and then leave it like that, it’s really sad. At least take it off the App Store if you plan to do something like that instead of wasting people’s time just to download it and not be able to it.

The boards consistently leave you with no moves
I haven’t played much of this game yet and from what I’ve seen I probably won’t. The story so far has been fun but the match 3 boards consistently leave you with no matches left and you have to exit the board and spend more energy to go back into it in hopes that you don’t get stuck again.

On some levels it says you need to get a certain amount of things but they are not even on the screen….😑

Addictive but flawed
Fun game that is a good time waster. Fun adventures but some of the puzzles/challenges are near impossible. One in particular asks for tiles (looks like glass squares) that aren’t even generated in the puzzle. It’s a normal puzzle with wooden crate tiles and I’ve tried eliminating all the crates and use of specialty tokens and tiles and nothing works.

Maybe different games or a mode where you could actually chat with them with your own words, that would make the game a little more fun
