Unauthorized Charges and Poor Customer Service

I am extremely disappointed with this app. I signed up for the free trial, but I was shocked to find that an amount of 14.98 was deducted from my account without any notice or confirmation. This is completely unacceptable and feels like a deliberate attempt to mislead users. To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer support to resolve this issue, I received no response. It has been two days, and I am still waiting for a refund. The lack of communication and assistance from the developers is highly unprofessional. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when considering downloading this app. The experience has been frustrating and disappointing, and I feel cheated out of my money. Until this issue is resolved and customer support improves, I cannot recommend this app to anyone.
