SCAM. DO NOT USE.
This is a scam of a service. I’ve given you multiple chances to make this right. It shouldn’t take me six weeks to get my passport photos, especially not if I’m paying for expedited service. I was told this was shipped three separate time.
Submission didn’t go through, have to redo
Did my makeup, hair, set up lights and had someone come over to capture the photo for me only for the submission to never go through, it should at least save a copy of the photo when you take it on the app. Huge waste of time

Lighting in the printed version is completely different than what was submitted. Looks low budget, high contrast. I did use a coupon code through Hitchswitch, but not worth it. Have to get this redone somewhere else.
Do not waste your valuable time
Sent in my picture and paid for expedited shipping. Seven days later and still no picture. I reached out to customer service and no response!

Made my passport application super easy. Saves me a trip to CVS to take a pic and fill out a application myself.

If you are lucky enough to get your photo then this is a great service. But I’ve been unable to get in touch with support for a couple days now as my photo has not arrived by the expected day. I emailed and still have yet to receive any helpful response. Guess I’m going to CVS to do it again. Waste of money and time.

Still no photo
Taking picture was easy. But it shipped a month ago and still haven’t seen it. Had to go elsewhere to have photo retaken because of the delay, but they did refund the cost of photo.
Excellent Passport App
The app is very easy to use. I used it to apply for both of my son’s passport renewals. I took photos, answered the questions and completed passport applications and photos arrived in the mail.
Order is overdue by over a week
Still haven’t received my passport photo. Customer service still has not gotten back to me. This was supposed to be easier than going and getting this service done…

No show, no response
I waited weeks for my photo to show up, as well as emailed the company repeatedly. I never got a response to my emails and never received my photos, and not surprising never got a refund.

downloaded the app, took a picture and,answered some questions regarding my US PASSPORT. within 3 day i received the passport form envelopes, instructions, and 2 passport photos. i followed the instructions, affixed my passport photo, and signed the forms. sent them to the state department. boom! i received my passport in 6 weeks.
