It’s garbage
Just like the title says it’s garbage. 75% of the time you can’t log into your account, it tells you you need to change your password and it’s the most frustrating app I’ve ever had.
Need to change password way too often
Can’t even use the same password over again. I understand it’s for protection but super inconvenient and the only app I’ve ever seen do that
Used to be great…
Used this app often but, because of older OS, am now caught in an endless loop of “Needs update” and back to App Store. Is there a fix???

Incompatibility with IOS 16.4. No matter delete / reinstall it will not open or work.

Useless app
My phone won’t download the update, the app won’t work without the update, making it completely useless
Unable to use
I am caught in a loop with the previous version. Unable to update to the latest version due to my older OS. When I open the app it tells me I need to update, and when I try to update it won't let me. I go back to the app, and it starts all over. Just a continuous loop.
Crashes all the time and outdated
The app is constantly crashing and saying that my password is invalid that I need to reset it, which becomes a weekly if not daily task to reset as well as having almost no features that many other up to date banks offer for services. As it is the system is so outdated that it won’t let me connect to another app I use for my planning of fiances. Seriously considering once settled in an area permanently removing myself from this banking service.

Always "Down"
It seems like This app is always "down" as they say... and you cant log onto your banking. Its very frustrating that this always happens. The app "cant verify" your ideny... so you have to call the 1800 number and or the bank... and they tell you... "the app is down". Its very frustrating for everyone involved. I need a bank that I can have access to my funds, and trust the app will work whenever I need it. Im considering finding a new bank.

A truly horrible app
This version is worse than the last one. It crashes often and won’t let me do much. What’s with the limit on mobile deposits? There is no risk to the bank as you don’t credit my account until the check clears.....you are losing a lot of deposits to other (more reasonable) institutions.
Useful but some minor issues
Ever since the last update (which looks a lot crisper and sharper than the previous look) it’s crashing a lot and won’t let me log in. I have to delete the app and reinstall it frequently. Otherwise, great to have access to my account all the time.

This app does not recognize my password most time. I have to go into my laptop and reset my password. It’s a real pain!!
Works great for web replacement
I used to access via the web. I downloaded the app and had no issues setting up, accessing and transferring money. It will remember part of your username so you know what account your logging in with but you need to enter password each time. Which in the idea of banking is fine.
The only thing I'ld like added is using your fingerprint for access instead of typing password each time.

Crashes every time I try to open it.
Just downloaded the app to my iPhone. Granted it is Saturday, but exactly what is the process to get access through the mobile app?? I did follow all instructions on my bank’s website, followed links, agreed to terms, etc., but still no connection.
Finally here!
It's great to see our local banks providing some of the features that national banks provide. Being able to check my accounts easily from my phone while on the road is great.
I'm not sure if it's supposed to be a feature but I would really like to make deposits from a picture of a check. I used to use this all the time with chase and loved it.(No more having to run to the bank before it closed. )
Overall great start. 4 stars. 5 if you can give me the check-picture-deposit feature.
(Check the transfers tab, it's not working for me currently. [Not enough accounts])
