Doesn’t Work
Thought it looked too good to be true, but now the secure photo library access isn’t working and has me locked out of my passwords. Sure a waste of time setting them all up only to not be able to access. And no response from support after contacting twice.
Stuck
Was a great app until the picture lock won’t work and now I cannot access my passwords, nor do I have a copy elsewhere.

Bought the VIP version and it quit working entirely.

看介紹時清楚看到可免費使用7天但下載打開個App後先知原來只能免費使用3天如不想用就要免費試用期內24小時取消訂閱否則會自動扣費33元一星期，雖然這個App的功能比同類型的App有更多細緻功能但大部份要付費才能用並且收費有點太貴，還有收費項目十分奇怪，最下方就是收費表，首先Plus 和 Premium 收費是一樣不知道有何分別，在App內沒有講清楚兩者都的分別，還有一項升級到專業版沒有列明使用期限，連在App Store也不到這些版本到底有何分別，
由於只得三日試用期根本試不到這個App是否如介紹中好用，加上本人在設定裏測試擴展功能是完全用不到，收費項目又不明不白，所以本人都不再測試下去立即取消訂閱。

This app is awesome, this is going to make my life so much easier I it’s going to organize all my applications into one single application you just sipe that’s all .
Developers ignore contact
The app was great until it rejected my fingerprint. Then asked for master password...which I have forgot but the app gives no ability to reset master password. Emailed & tweeted developers several times and not even a acknowledgement or even a “can’t help” reply. So now all saved is lost. Find an app that gives better help.

This app is great - very easy to use.
However, I recently tried to send in a request for support and could not get the form to work. Disappointed.
There is one entry needed on the form but there really isn’t a good way to understand what the form is asking for. It says something like “Enter Device O...”
No idea what this means or what information it is asking for.
