I’m not particularly pleased
1) the binding is very poor and can see it coming apart very easily.
2) too many doubles included the photos
3) many outstanding pictures were relegated to small pictures wedged in.
The quality of the pictures is only fair.

That was so easy and the results were really satisfying. Great job, such good quality.

Can’t say I’m happy with this book. Yes the images are great, however, the month page is placed inappropriately. So it’s kinda messed up.

Picture quality was average, and one completely out of focus.
Maybe I missed the edit button!
This process was to rushed for me. They started by downloading all my photos. Then they showed the year and when I chose 2025 away they went and off the book was created. There was no walk through unless I missed it. Not all pictures are book worthy, before I knew it I was unable to cancel or edit. I got a book with photos of my appliance serial numbers a table I painted, I have four grandchildren, the process chose a picture of one granddaughter as the cover.

Japan Trip 2026
Excellent! I made 2 copies, one for my daughter that lived in Japan and one for myself. I’ve had several books made and I love the memories they hold for me!❤️😍

Ucluelet Fishing trip
Outstanding! Had so much fun on the trip and wanted to convey that fun in the best way possible in the pictures in our book. We caught a lot of fish and laughed a lot! The book certainly shows that.
Review
I encountered an issue with my book and they were outstanding in their service. They kept at it until they found out what I did incorrectly and I fixed it and I was able to proceed. The book was printed, and arrived well packaged. It’s a beautiful book, love it! I would do it again. I would highly recommend to everyone!

Order phonebook never receive
I never received my photo book . They left off my apt on the address so it was returned and destroyed. When I contacted passbook naturally they blame me . They wanted me to pay a printing fee and shipping fee. I decided to not continue by business with them

2025-2026
I’ve used for my personal albums for last 5yrs… but my latest project was for the non-profit I volunteer for… a gift to our President reflecting her Year of Service. Our year runs July-Jun, so that was an adjustment to start with. Then I received my last document to input I hit mistakenly checked out instead of SAVE. I did call & email to notify/correct and was provided instructions how to go back into document to add last page. YAY!!! But received my PastBook alas the last addition was NOT included. Sad🫤

Won’t save work
I was disappointed twice I worked on a Album and for some reason it would not let me put my address in when I went backwards. It took me back to the beginning to ask me if I wanted to start an album . It does not save a draft.

I love my passbook, but when I went to order, I didn’t realize I needed to say fireworks 30 so I didn’t receive my 30% off.

This is the second book I have ordered. It’s such a nice way to take your favorite photos and put them in a book. The photos come out beautifully and the materials are high quality. A great gift or just for yourself, to be able to share memories with others.!!! I have no doubt, I be buying more of these in the future!!!
