Honestly, this is what window cleaning needed Iv moved house so many times and you either have someone who’s decent or the most unreliable people you’ll meet in your life. But with Patch the veterans they employe are so polite update me when they are coming and always do a good job, and paying on the app instead of having to draw some money out a cash machine is just what I needed. Thanks guys.

First window clean
Friday was my first window clean by Patch and can I just say the whole process start to finish has been great from getting referred by a friend who also uses patch to the simplicity of the app and finally meeting the gentleman who cleaned the windows and did a fantastic job and was very polite. I will see you next month thanks again.

Terrible Service
The app itself is so basic and as such is very limiting in what I want the window cleaner to do. The money left my account and a month later my windows were part cleaned. Because of this, the window cleaner gave me a number to contact. Have been trying to cancel ever since. What a shoddy way to do business. I would not recommend!!!!

Great Service
I signed up to PatchApp after someone knocked on our door. Don’t have to worry about cash to pay the cleaner AND I know when they’ve been. Chris, the Veteran who does my windows has done a great job too, always turns up

Came door knocking, thought I would give it a try! They came once and have never shown up since! Went to delete the job and it has no allocated days!
Surprised
So much easier then having a window cleaner unexpectedly! I just book whenever I think is necessary.

I had an excellent experience with this window cleaning company. Their customer service was exceptional friendly, responsive, and accommodating my windows are sparkling, and I couldn't be happier.

Worst experience!
Don’t use this app! They charge you and no one came to clean windows. It’s a scam !!! No customer service, no answers to my emails. Money paid but job never completed!!!
Scam?
Money left my account. Windows were not cleaned. Emailed patch with no response. Very disappointed and annoyed.
Window cleaning
Someone knocked on my door saying they were window cleaners and to book it through this app which we did. Taken payment straight away, windows didn’t get cleaned and no response through there contact form. I would advise not to use this app!!
