A game changer for dads-to-be
Pregnancy can understandably feel very focused on the person carrying the baby, so it’s been amazing to see my husband have something specifically designed to help him understand what’s happening, know what to expect and, most importantly, know how he can support me.
He’s constantly one step ahead thanks to the prompts and information in the app, and there have been so many moments where he’s been able to reassure me or know what I might need before I’ve even asked.
It’s helped him feel much more equipped and involved during a time where dads can sometimes feel like they’re on the sidelines. Paternal has given him the confidence to be an active birth partner rather than just someone watching from the side.
If you’re expecting a baby and want your partner to feel prepared, involved and confident throughout pregnancy, I genuinely couldn’t recommend Paternal enough. ❤️

The right amount of info
I especially like that it tells you what’s happening, what your partner might be experiencing and, most importantly, what you can actually do to help. It’s made me feel much more involved and prepared.
