What's New in Tide

1.1.0

August 18, 2026

A gentle countdown to the big day. A few bug fixes Tide can now send you a daily note counting down to your due date. Turn on notifications to see it. Your due date now lives in Settings, so you can correct it any time — dates change, and they should be easy to change too. Setting Tide up again on a new phone now picks up right where it should. Thank you for letting me be a small part of your day. I hope it's a calm one. Katie

Peace of mind

Thank you for making this app! It was easy to use for my contractions but the big takeaway from it in our experience was the link for updating friends and family. After the birth, I went into all my group chats with family and friends and they were all talking how awesome the link was to each other. Then when I sent pictures of the new baby in the chat that they knew I was available again, they all complimented the link and how active my partner was keeping them updated on our status. Overall, the app was a hit for both contraction tracking and updating loved ones all in one spot. Which kept him more present with me and our newborn.

Costs money

Saw her promote this on instagram saying she wanted to help moms, and that it was free! It’s not free. So much more helping other moms 😅 a simple and anxiety-lessening contraction timer should not be like $15, were likely paying enough already to get ready for a baby :(

Love it!

Love this app. I think it would be nice if there was an option for people following along to comment on the updates. Something you could toggle on/off in settings. It’d be nice if they could comment encouraging things on the updates but if it gets overwhelming or people are asking too many questions you could turn it back off. Thanks for creating the app!!!

$10

Pretty disappointing that it’s free to download but you can’t even test drive it without paying the $9.99.

Needs Android Version

Bought and am running this app for my wife on my iPhone because she has an android phone. Can’t really share it with her when it’s like this. I like the app and the ideas for it are great!
