Hi Ally, My name is Eddie and I’m the CEO of TinyNest. We are sorry you feel this way. The app subscriptions pay for the server and storage costs we have. We also have to pay for the small team of dads and moms so our families get fed. When you sign up it should outline there are restrictions if you decide to use the free version every time you post (at the bottom of the posting page). If you choose to you can still use a free version, but storing videos are too expensive to give it for free. I hope you understand where I’m coming from. We are not trying to make it unfair to our users and please consider supporting us if you like the app while you’re using it. Eddie

hi Brittani, we designed the whole experience so that you can try out and see if it’s a good fit for you. “You can’t access the app at all without purchasing the subscription” goes directly against what you mentioned “yes it has 7 days free”. Plus, even if you decide to cancel you can still use the free features, but for premium features like unlimited uploads, memory generation, you do have to be a subscriber. Otherwise it’s impossible for us to pay for our developers and our server costs
