Extremely scammy behaviour

Like others, we got some baby photos done at the hospital and had to sign up for this service to get them. "Quit any time!" they told us. No, you can't quit. It refuses our login information, password reset doesn't function (no email, anywhere, to spam folder or otherwise) and there is basically nothing you can do except call your bank and tell them the story so all future transactions are refused. It may not be a scam, but for all intents and purposes, the company behaves like a scammer.

Amazing resource for first time parents!

Joy has been a game changer for us as first time parents. It’s given us a really easy way to track our baby’s feeds and diapers, which comes in handy for our pediatrician appointments. The AI feature is also great for those late night questions or concerns when you don’t have access to the live coaches. Also, it has great content that we’ve found to be incredibly helpful. We have our first parenting coaching session tomorrow and can’t wait to get additional support from Joy as we navigate the first few weeks of parenthood. 10/10 recommend, you won’t regret it!

Wonderful app

I love this app. My mom had purchased newborn photos along with a subscription to the app and it has helped me a lot. I go here a lot for advice on my little one and tips and tricks for development. They are always messaging me, following up and getting me thinking of how to better care for my son. They also have really helpful articles and tracking tools.

Great app for all parents.

Definitely wish I had this app with my first. I questioned everything overreacted to a lot of stuff that meant nothing in the long run. I love that the experts in the app are non-judgmental and understand. Which means a lot. Thank you Joy for answering all my silly questions, easing my nerves, and helping me through moments of doubt.

Exactly helpful

I’m so glad I down loaded this app. A photographer actually told me about it. It’s so nice, you just type in your questions and it responds. It’s like having your own personal nurse or something. I was hesitant on adding my child’s information but I completely understand why now and it’s super helpful. I will definitely be using this for my next child also!
