Major upgrade

I love this app, and the rewards are great. My only setback is it should not limit the scans to only 5 per month. As a mom who has twins that consumes more and have to buy tons of milk is kind of sad that I can’t do more scans. Hopefully this is something they will look into and change in the near future!

Can’t use my coupon

The app says I have a coupon when I click on it, it says it will take me to an external browser and nothing happens. I emailed Similac and hear nothing back. Are you missing to update the app? Please fix it

App Dysfunctional

The rewards were pretty good, however I’ve hardly gotten to use the coupons, because the app is always malfunctioning. The coupon either doesn’t work when I go use it or never loads for me to clip the coupon.

Point and scan limitations

I dont understand how we are only allowed to scan 5 qr codes per month ive had this apo over a month and dont see any offers i have to wait over 2 months to be able ti reach 35 points and get an offer thats a long wait and not so beneficial for the struggling moms out there. There should be a purchase through the app and get us some points to be added to help us.

Along with the recent launch of our new app, we’ve made some updates to our MySimilac Rewards program. Previously, you were able to earn up to 5 points per each 35-point cycle and we've increased the scan limit to 5 scans per calendar month. Convoluted rewards system

Confusing, overly complicated system of giving awards.

Collect five QR codes, then cash a coupon for five points, then hop on one foot for three hours, clap your hands four times, sprinkle some magic pixie dust, and maybe they’ll give you a coupon.

But probably not.
