Your interface does not resize for iPhone. It is clunky with minimal features. It is sad my medical supply company is forcing this on me.
Dumb UI
I use iPhone 15 Pro Max & many of the buttons (use face ID and accept email terms & conditions) are off the right side of the screen with no way to scroll - so I am unable to use face ID or get an email receipt for orders. Dumb UI 101 mistake, makes me wonder about the security…

Worthless!!
This is THE worst ap ever!!! Supposed to have delivery updates and info but there’s nothing. No info at all. Why even gave this? There’s no navigation, no information at all. Why not design an ap that actually helps patients?? Don’t bother! This Ap does nothing but raise your blood pressure.

This app provides zero information about supplies available for order, just a log of what orders have been placed by phone with the Fitzsimmons Company.
Coding is very poor
And iOS, this app will not link to passwords nor allow me to enable Face ID. When I copy and paste up my password, it refuses to recognize it.
Horrible!! Does not properly function
One cannot specifically order the DME products based on one’s prior orders. This system is not operational. Lousy!
Notifications
Notifications do not work in this app. I manually check if I got a reply to my question or order. App is worthless without notifications.

Not user friendly at ALL!
I’m currently using 5 different apps for medical purposes but THIS one has got to be the absolute WORST one! I can’t even see the whole screen so I can’t slide the tab to allow facial recognition to sign in. This whole app is a JOKE! I’m looking for results of my MRI performed 6/4/25. I would think it would be available for my review by now. Every other hospital/medical provider has allowed me to access my MRI, EKG, CXR, and all labs plus anything else. As I said before, this either is a joke or I’ve got something seriously wrong with me and the ordering practitioner doesn’t want me to see the report until I return to her office for explanation and interpretation.

Only does payments, always gives notifications for nothing.
This thing doesn’t let you make appointments, or order supplies. Just make payments. Right after I logged in, the app icon shows two notifications, but after doing absolutely everything this app lets you do, I cannot find what they are, or get them to go away. I will try paying one bill with it, and if it’s so much it blinks wrong at me I’m deleting it.

Needs improvement on phone #’s and Logout
Logout icon does not logout on IOS, it Logs back in again!
Phone number in Patient Address is NOT labeled secondary or landline etc. Mobile number is labeled and listed in General Info and Responsible Party.
Customer Experience gets confused on which number to use. Label ‘Primary’ and ‘Secondary’ to avoid confusion.

Email tab unusable
I was unable to use the email confirmation as the second email tab was off the screen to the right.
Trash App
I’ve installed/reinstalled this app multiple times and it only spins at login, attempting to “Authenticate”. Absolute garbage. I hope my insurance company finds a new platform to use.
