Never works
I belonged to this group years ago when there wasn’t an app. I wanted to join again now that it has an app. Nothing, and I mean nothing, works. A complete waste of time. Deleting.
Too buggy
I downloaded this on an old iPhone 8 and it was just too buggy for me. Too bad. It was good for me to see that there are many others who have multiple health issues going on and some with even more problems than I have if you can believe that. I ended up deleting this app on this phone and my three year old Motorola one 5G.

Often slow, crashes regularly
Making changes or navigating is often slow. Requiring all pages to load and refresh. Browsing is slow, and there isn't much community feel; it just feels like a thoughtless list of users.
It keeps crashing
When I stumbled upon this website years ago, I thoroughly enjoyed using it. The app makes it more convenient, but for some reason the app keeps freezing on me, and will not let me see all of the group options to add so I had to add the one that shows up, hoping that it would give me more options after that but it doesn’t. I really enjoy patients like me I really just want the app to work right if possible, could someone maybe help me troubleshoot or see if there are any bug fixes I currently have an iPhone XR and it says that it is compatible I don’t know if maybe it has to do with the recent update for the phone but I can’t get anything to work past my initial login, otherwise this is a great app and a great website.
