Can’t sign up it says json error after I entered all my details so you can’t use the app at all

It won’t allow my phone number to be verified. I can’t get any assistance beyond leaving this review. My fingers are crossed you will correct this error 🤞
Great community and purpose but glitchy qpp
I have been using this for a little while now and was hoping the latest update would resolve the issues I have with posting. Every time I post I have to exit out and go back in to the section I was in. I have the same problem on another Bezzy app I use. I inquired about this and others said they had the issue bit no longer have it so I’m not sure what the disconnect is.

I’d like to suggest to you some techniques I have SLOWLY starting to learn.
Will not allow someone to complete an account
The app will not allow me to verify my profile to get all the benefits. An error code is consistently given and a message directs you to contact support. When contacting support it directs you back to the app. No help, but you can still get to see and read the articles.
