Too many frequent updates!!!
Stop updating the app so frequently that we cannot use it without going to the app store and giving it an update. Some of us are in a rush. That is why we are using the app. And for it to ask for an update almost every single time you use it! Honestly it is so nerve racking, and makes u freaking delete the entire app!!!

The app is having lots of issues
For the last couple of weeks the app is not working properly. Now I’m unable to use it and this is only way I get around in Albania. I’m completely disappointed

Weird
In America the drivers are not allowed to consistently keep canceling customers because they don’t want to go to that place or they want more money! That is not allowed. The amount of time I sit and wait when I get off the plane is insane because they don’t want to go a short distance and want more money!
