I just had a baby and with my first I found pat pat he’s now 6 bought him a lot of of clothing from there even Halloween costumes.
Decide to look years later and it’s horrible what happened to all the options they had so much cute unique baby clothes! Not to mention toon the prices target is cheaper and that’s good quality stuff. Sad to see this page change so much for the worse. Deleting

Prices increased to much
I use to love this app, the prices use to be great. Cheap, affordable and the clothes are so cute! Now it’s wayyyyy to expensive and won’t be buying from them anymore 🤷🏼♀️
Ya no es lo mismo
Anteriormente realicé varios pedidos todos muy bien, manejaba buenos precios y la calidad era buena, sin embargo de hace 2 años a la fecha la aplicación se actualizó, cambiando absolutamente todo e incluso se borró mi cuenta y al ingresar nuevamente ya no tengo historial de compra.

Not what it used to be
When my daughter was born I swore by this app, but they’ve limited their selection and their sales. Everything cost more and they don’t sell as much separate items like socks, shoes, or accessories (hair clips, hair ties, etc.)
Disappointed
I was a big fan of this website back in 2020 - their collection was great, prices were reasonable, and the fabric was super comfy. But when I reinstalled the app after having my second baby, I was shocked to find that the collection had taken a turn for the worse. The prices were steep, and there were barely any options. I ended up uninstalling the app just 15 minutes later.

I ordered 5 pairs of Christmas pjs waited 30 days and on day 30 it said they where delivered but never told me by who fed ex , ups or usps and I never received them

Terrible non user friendly new format rolled out September 2025.
Cannot fault the customer support when calling pat pat it’s above and beyond! However after being a level 5 customer for over 6yrs this Aussie mum is probably done after the new and ridiculous app changes in September 2025 making it non user friendly plus the price hikes are exorbitant and out of reach for the average customer! This used to be my go to for unique baby/toddler clothes however sadly no longer. I can’t don’t think i can justify paying 60$ for brand known trusted items that i can get for less than 20$ AUD without the hassle of the new format. Pat pat used to be great i wonder why they’re chosen not to be so since September 2025? Sad actually

Disappointed customer
During sale when the item prices are too low, PatPat will cancel your order cause they don’t want to give the items anymore cause the item price is only $1:43 per piece, they will say it’s sold out even if there are more stocks. They will say I have to purchased it on a regular price which is too high compare to a mall price. Pat-pat please don’t sale the items if your not going to give it. Very Disappointed

They have promotions and once you make your order they cancel it, because it was “over sell” just so you buy it at the regular price.
