UI/UX 좀 신경써서 디자인해주세요..매장이 적어서 오프라인 접근성도 떨어지는 편인데 앱을 사용할때의 UX가 너무 별로라서 사용할때 매끄러운 진행이 안되고 뭔가 엇나간다는 느낌이 드네요.

충전해둔 금액 쓰려고 앱 켰는데 로그인 안돼서 비번찾기 아이디찾기 하고 카톡으로 로그인도 시도했는데 다 안됩니다. 충전해둔 제 돈은 어떻게 돌려받죠..? 매일유업 좋아하는데 이 어플 수준은 정말 심각한거같습니다.

크라운오더 시 메인에 좀 뜨게 해주세요

무슨놈의 어플이 내가 크라운 오더로 주문한 내용이 뭔지 한눈에 볼 수가 없고 퀵오던가 뭔가 하는 작디작은 아이콘을 눌러서 최근 이용내역을 봐야 알 수 있는 올드하다못해 실속까지 안드로메다로 날려버린 80년대 발상은 내 두고두고 이해를 못하겠어요.
제발 딴거 더 제쳐두고 메인화면에 내 주문내역이 떡하고 떠 있으면 소원이 없겠습니다.
