I have been using this app for a couple of years now and couldn’t imagine not starting it ending my day without it. I feel so connected to God all day long. It helps me remember his beautiful promises and release all the troubles of this world to him all throughout the day.
A Continual Journey Deeper
There is a saying, not sure of the author, and it says, repetition makes perfect. And as far as my walk with The Trinity, Father God Jesus Holy Spirit, help me, I believe into continual yielding into The Way to deeper depths of revelation in God. The Pause App opens doors to do just that. The 30-day and 20-day journeys to more understanding are amazingly simple and beautiful in walking deeper with God. And repeating these journeys simply opens new wells of understanding for me.

So meaningful
I’ve been doing this for years now and what it has done to re-pattern my brain is profound. I’m able to really pause, now, without the APP and there is profound and pervasive peace in my life with Jesus.
Healing from depression
The Resilient program (and book) has been life changing for me. It is the main thing that helped bring me out of depression after three traumatizing events during Covid. I recommend it to everyone I meet who struggles with purpose, identity, and lack of joy. It helped me re-order my hopes and focus my eyes on the true joy and hope in this world and the next. I pray there will be a program soon for young children. My favorite line that I repeat often is. “The story of God has been, is now, and always will be the story of the world.” That reminds me that the best is yet to come! God is with me now and that is enough. I am so thankful that everything in this program lines up with the teachings in the Bible.

A staple for daily connection and reconnection
I was raised in a Western, free church tradition and did prayer as more of an “as you go” practice.
A few years ago, I downloaded the app. I have used it daily. I set alarms at 10am and 2pm (bells) to help me break away to be with Him. I even invite people I am meeting with to join me with the pause.
I highly recommend this. This has given my life structure it needs.

Closer to Jesus
Experiencing Jesus over 20 days absolutely blessed me and was such a healing program. Taught me more about having intimacy with Jesus. Was sad when it was completed, so will repeat. The other pauses are wonderful to chose from.

Fantastic app but bad voice selection
I loved this app until the foreign accents of the different readers made it impossible to follow along. This app is made by a man whose ministry is primarily for men. Why use women with hard to understand foreign accents to read the prayers? Please make it so you can choose the voice you want.
