Used to be good, now not so much
Note to support. I received a template response saying to reinstall app. Didn’t read my issue. WEB SITE and app giving error message. In the past three weeks I get a message “sorry, technical difficulties.” As such, am unable to log in to my account. Ordering elsewhere until it’s resolved.

I used to be able to log in with app or through website to order groceries. In the past two weeks I get a message “sorry, technical difficulties.” As such, am unable to log in to my account. Ordering elsewhere until it’s resolved.
Waste of time. Inconsistent
On multiple occasions I have shopped on this app and the items available on the app never match the items actually available in the store. They tell you things are in stock that they don’t even have in the store and things will be marked out of stock on the app that are fully stocked in the store. The inconsistency is irritating and takes time out of my day having me run around the store looking for alternatives or having to change my meal plans completely.

Drive-Up Pharmacy Pickup Doesn’t Work
The drive-up pharmacy feature works 20% of the time. The “I am here” button never appears. I’ve had to walk into the pharmacy when ordered drive-up pickup. This is extremely problematic for disabled people who rely on drive-up pickup. I have suffered health effects because of this repeated issue.

i’ve had trouble the last few times getting my order through the website and getting the things I want that I normally buy
This app sucks!
Load times unbearable too much pop up BS slowing its performance. And no simple one button add al deals and coupons feature.

Mostly Great!
Love the app. Easy to use. Like the tracking of my orders.l and I use this for quick car pick up all the time. The only downside is that the app doesn’t seem to get all my with Apple Pay. Twice I’ve had issues where my payment was declined after my order was shopped and it was impossible to update my payment for the specific order. Had to go into the store and get help from guest services. They were helpful and remedied the situation with a manual process but Apple Pay isn’t reliable in this app.

i'm a power user of this app, and often on I've been using Pavillions delivery service since living near mid Wilshire area in 2003.
it def occasionally has problems, esp in relation to having Friday specials that are not avail in my area, but overall extremely impressed w/ the service and the quality of the app.

Easy to use
Pavilions app is very easy to use. There’s no surprises with your order because they always put out of stock. I’ve been using this ever since Covid.
Wayyyy better than Ralph’s App.
I love the way the Coupons are right there as soon as you open the App. No searching. No trying to find the damn things. You make my life easier than I reward you with my business! Also, Ralph’s target markets the coupons. Once you hit their algorithm, they stop offering coupons on what you purchase or don’t purchase. In other words, once Ralph’s finds out you like or use a product, they STOPNoffering you that coupon. Sucks but it’s what they do. Pavillions, from what I experience, does NOT do that!

Beautiful Grocery Store
As a rewards member, I’ve saved a lot of money shopping here. Great selection of organic produce and the employees are always eager to assist. Gotta love the deli too.
Terrible App
Takes 5 minutes to clip one coupon.
Scrolling issues
Using my iPad, I am no longer able to scroll product search results. This problem started about a week ago. I’ve deleted the app and reopened it but the problem remains.
Excellent delivery
The driver took the time to contact me when he was having issues with the gate system and even waited for me to come to open the gate. Insisted he bring the groceries to the door. I really appreciate his professionalism and kindness
Still can’t verify phone number
I’ve been talking to Pavilions / Vons / Albertsons support for MORE THAN A YEAR and they still can’t verify my phone number because it’s verified with my Vons app. Absolutely ridiculous.

App still does not recognize my eMail address, the same address that I have used on previous versions.
