Game changer
I’m a super heavy sleeper, it was affecting my work life and this product (Pavlok 3) has saved me so much stress and panic for being late. Having tried (and failed) with multiple alarm clocks It’s just what I needed to zap out of bed within a minute or so every morning. very thankful for it’s space in the market and very happy either way the product and it’s features!

Battery sucks
First, I bought a Pavlok 3 and it was defective . when the company sent me a replacement, they sent me a used one.
Battery stopped holding a charge after six months.

Wakes me up every morning!
Great for getting me up in the morning, without bothering my wife. I use the vibration mode, thankfully I don’t need the zap ;) thou I’ve used it a few times in the past for especial occasions (ie: very early flight).
One thing I’ll say is that I’m still using a very old model. I tried a newer one but thr vibration was really bad, so I returned it. When the newer model vibrated I didn’t get to feel it on my wrist. That design is really bad; stick to the older model(s).

It’s very well made and help me understand how to use the product. Also I had an issue today with a zap setting and it helped me with this problem thanks. This thing is very helpful

I’m so grateful that this exists! I’ve tried everything including the “bunker bomb “alarm clock; i’ve been able to sleep through everything. Recently diagnosed N1 w/cat.
There’s also a problem with loud alarm clocks and having neighbors you’re living in an apt., college roommates hated my old alarms.
This alarm is completely silent, it absolutely will wake you up without a doubt! It really does give you a zap, the max is definitely stronger than “static”. No joke its the real deal.
I’ve been using it for a couple weeks now and it hasn’t failed me yet.
For the first time ever, I can go to sleep and know without a doubt that I’m gonna wake up on time.

I really think the app could use some work it’s not very user-friendly, and is riddled with pop-ups and junk that should not come with a device that cost upwards of $100.

I bought my watch for $100 and had no issues logging in with an account. ---
Today I tried setting my alarm and it gave me a "Welcome to Pavlok" screen where it told me to sign up or log in. I choose to sign in via Apple ID, and it gives me a "No Internet Connection" pop up. Can't log in with anything. Clearly I have internet connection but the app thinks I don't. ---
So I guess I'm just barred from using my own watch because you require the stupid app to use an account? Hate when companies do this. It is really unethical practice. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Pavlok | 5 Star - Great product
By far the best product of the year. Very good quality. Wakes me up right away, and it very good for multiple purposes I love it.
For those who struggle to wake up
It works. I am so thankful. I work 12 hour shifts and a part time job and Pavlov’s wakes me up in the morning, I couldn’t do this without the tazing watch. That is the only part I use
Great product but the App is neglected / such a pain
The shock clock has been a lifesaver many times. Even though I am such a heavy sleeper and over time have become resistant to 100% zap power some mornings, it still is the only product i’ve had success with.
That being said, the app is a major disappointment. I have a lot of alarms and it is a daily painful process to make any tweaks or simply turn them on or off….it goes at a GLACIAL SPEED. The majority of my time is spent just waiting on the “updating alarm” wheel. Its a huge deterrent and makes me start to hate using the device. I want to support this company bc i believe in their goal but its really sad when it hasnt improved in years, making it blatantly obvious that continuous improvement is no longer a priority. Not to mention the disappointment I feel scrolling through reviews and seeing mentions of bad reviews being deleted and very few developer responses which all have to do with asking for a better review 😔 (in one way or another).
PLEASE listen to your customers & their constructive criticism and PLEASE fix this issue. App functionality is so important and being able to breeze through setting up alarms should be a priority. I often fall asleep before finishing setting my alarms for the next morning - that is not good.
I BEG to please fix the alarm app functionality speed. I really dont want to have to find an alternate product. Thank you

I honestly don’t like that the app is required for functionality but for what it was designed to do, it’s simple to use and hasn’t given me any issues. One modest ad spot for their own other products, primary functionality not gatekept by a subscription and the product itself is perfect for any heavy sleeper. I could sleep through an earthquake but this does the job to get me out of bed and that’s exactly what I asked for

Initially worked very well
Purchased the Pavlok watch in October 2025. It worked VERY well and enjoyed the benefits of waking up quickly instead of taking over an hour. About a month ago, the app started saying I had no internet connection, but the watch would still work okay. This week, after deleting the app and reinstalling, it won’t even let me log in due to “no internet connection.”
I read the reviews online before I bought it and just hoped my watch would be the exception. I was wrong.

Fixed my sleep!
I’ve always struggled with getting up on time, consistently missing work or important tasks I had to complete throughout the mornings. Thank god for Pavlok, the shock jolts you out of bed and you’re fully awake. I honestly get scared of being zapped and I wake up frantically to try and turn off the alarm before the zap occurs.
If you’ve struggled with waking up in the mornings, give the watch a try. It truly is the best purchase of my lifetime.
