Unusable app
The app crashes immediately, it’s non-functional. The fountain works as a fountain, but has no smart features.

App goes offline and is difficult to get back online. Pet’s drinking habits aren’t logged so what’s the point of paying more for the Pro version of the fountain? Says water is low when it’s not.
Why can’t I add my tag?
I’ve loved the tags with the QR codes but I’m moving and it won’t let me add a new tag or change the one I have. :-(

Can’t even add dog tags to app. Just seems nothing works. The tags are useful but the tracking portion just does not work!
FIX
The app worked fine at the start when I first got this like more than a year ago connecting to the wifi with it it dident stay I would every now and then reconnect. And now I’m just noticing it I can’t even login

App looks and feels like someone’s first app project. I can deal with that but it also shows my fountain as offline. After the first cleaning when I turned it back on it no longer shows as online in the app.

I like the fountain but the app is pointless. It doesn’t connect no matter what you do. I had it right next to the modem and it still couldn’t find the network.
You have to put the fountain somewhere with lots of traffic because the motion sensor is the only way the water circulates. And that’s the only way to clean and oxygenate the water.

Doesn’t work
Made account online for our dog but app wont let me log in. Says no account don’t waste time downloading.
App is garbage.
App is garbage and won’t let me even register to use it. Fountain worked amazing for a few weeks but now it constantly shuts off for no reason, even when plugged in. Most days I’ll wake up or come home from work to find the top bone dry and the light blinking. The filter is new, there’s nothing clogging it, I pick it up and it’ll come right back on….but why is it shutting off????

App crashes. Cannot log in.
Stopped
App was working great but now keeps stated not connected to Wi-Fi when it is. Now I can’t monitor my cat drinking like I used to.
App suddenly no longer logs any info
For some reason last Saturday my machine stopped logging any new info, I have since reset and reconnected and there has been no difference.
Please fix your app!
I absolutely love this water fountain itself. I like the fact that it has a filter and automatically flushes the water periodically to keep what is available to be drunk nice and clean. Unfortunately, the app is essentially useless. While it does often give me a warning for low water level, it fails to reset the filter timer when ice replace the filter and tell the app to reset the timer. Additionally, it does not appear that the volume of water, drunk and number of times per day appears accurate. Again, I love the fountain, but you really need to make the app work with it properly.

Love the fountain, hate the app
Fountain works great, app not so much. Constantly giving a message storage is full. Last time that happened an update for the firmware fixed it. But this time it’s fully updated and not logging any information. Can’t even turn it off or control it through the app. Best to get the fountain and ignore the app.

App doesn’t connect
I bought two of these for the app features and I can’t get either of them to connect. Such a waste of money. Should of just bought the cheaper version if I known the app is complete trash. Tried contacting customer service and got no response.
Crashes
App crashes every time I try to connect it to the fountain. It loses connection to internet frequently. (It is sitting beside a feeder that connects and stays connected even after power failures happen.) loses data history every time it disconnects. Sent request for help but no reply. This is my second one - the first wouldn’t work correctly. (When it works I love it.)

Fountain is Great, but horrible app
The fountain is easy to put together, and instructions are easy to follow. My cat is getting used to it, but seems to like it so far. No problem with the height of the fountain.
I despise the app - it constantly freezes on my iPhone and is basically useless!

Absolutely terrible app, devs should be ashamed
After first connection doesn’t work at all. Many reviews indicate major problems and no effort to fix? Major scam.
