App works now
Last week bought the tag, saw a lot of reviews saying app didnt work, that was correct at the time.

I bought the tag, I downloaded the app and the app says to update, there is no update available. Disappointing, until they fix it, don’t buy one. It won’t work without the app.

Just bought
So I just bought this and downloaded the app. But when I open the app it just keeps saying download the newest version and won’t let me do anything? So I’m very confused on what’s going on?

Got 2 tags for my dogs and will not let me set it up because the app itself is not up to date and waste my money on it. Even if I go to the website itself you cannot do anything unless you have the app. lol, can’t do that if it’s not working itself….
Update
My girlfriend got these tags for our dog and she has been able to use the app effectively, she sent me a link and I registered online then downloaded the app after signing in the app told me I needed to update to the most current version. I checked in the app store I have the latest update installed. Clearly something is wrong. I’d like to be able to keep track of my pet

Are they still in business?
I bought the tracker from petsmart yesterday and today I downloaded the app. When I open the app I get a green screen with a message stating the app needs to be updated and when I click on the link it takes me back to the App Store where there is not a option to update, just to open the app.
Terrible
We bought these for our pups and it won’t even let us use them or the app. The app says to update and sends you to the App Store which in turn sends you to the app. It’s an endless cycle of absolutely nothing happening. What a waste of money and will be returning the tags to the store ASAP!!!

Unusable
Very very disappointed. I bought 5 of these and cannot use them as the app doesn’t work. Cant even open the app, and there’s not a website version. I emailed customer service and they said they are working on the issue but it has not been fixed and seems as though after reading other reviews that this has been an ongoing problem. I want a refund.

App update
When downloading this app it comes up with an error message stating that the version of the downloaded app is outdated and needs to be updated. However, the last update was years ago and my Apple Store shows that the app has been fully updated. Now, we cannot access the “login” or “account setup” page and there is no way to use the QR code we bought.
