Standard Poodle not a breed
Trying to add my Standard Poodles, but I cannot because this app does not recognize them. One of the most popular breeds and this app does not think they exist.

Poor communication
Great concept poor communication. Tried coming tasting the admin via chat never received a response. Tried to book a grooming with two different groomers and both requests just disappeared after a few hours with no explanation. Poor app.
A review for groomers
I would avoid this. My experience was that they kept saying they were promoting really heavily in my area, but I was barely getting interested clients. Eventually I didn’t need this service anymore, but couldn’t log in or retrieve my login info at all. The guy who runs it is overly personal and will text you, try to make appointments with you, etc and it’s unsettling. He even texted me because I got a random request after ages and I didn’t reply because I cannot get in to my account. Like please work that in to the system and don’t bother me. He tried getting me back in to my account and couldn’t, then said he’d contact me soon and never did. It’s all very messy and very hands on in a way I am not comfortable with. Reading other reviews, it looks like he doesn’t handle negative comments well either so I’m super excited to hear back on this one.

Scam be aware!
First time in my life getting scammed. The app doesn’t work, there’s no way for you to communicate with the groomer directly. My original appointment was rescheduled out of no where. On the day of the appointment I get scammed by the groomer. The support team gave me her direct phone number, she lied, took my money and never showed up. On top of all that she was yelling at me for thinking she’s a scammer lol.
The support team told me that they removed her from the app, but she’s still there and visible. Total joke.

Amazing groomers
Love the app and the groomers that groomed my dog.
Love this app
I found the most amazing at home groomer on this app!! It was super easy to find someone and schedule the appointment! My one year old Morkie is terrified of going to the groomer so finding a groomer that comes to the house is perfect!! She was so sweet with my dog, brought all her own equipment, and gave my pup an amazing haircut! I will definitely be using this app from now on!

Bianca from Pawsh is the best .
Convenient and easy way to go
I’ve been using Pawsh for about two years now to get my pet groomed. My cat get terribly stressed when put into the carrier and brought to the groomers to be groomed amongst other dogs. Using Pawsh allows him to be groomed from the comfort of my own home.
This app may also be perfect for those who have a harder time leaving the house.

Beyond happy I found them. They are super precessional and my very anxious dog loved the groomer Bianca. They groomed the dog exactly how I wanted which most other groomers cut her hair to short. Also their response time is super quick
