Paid Upfront Just to Get Rejected
Paying hundreds of dollars before an appointment is even truly confirmed is ridiculous. I was quoted around $360, rejected by multiple groomers, then pushed back to one who had already declined earlier. The biggest issue was the lack of respect for customers’ time and money. Their solution to all of this was offering a $20 credit. If appointments aren’t actually secured, companies shouldn’t charge premium prices upfront and market the service like it’s guaranteed.

Terrible customer service
Customer service is terrible, they will text you at 10:30 at night. They will also text you at 7:30 in the morning. I have 2 large dogs and they matched me with someone who clearly does not want to groom them. She has canceled both appointments. For something that’s so expensive to use, you would think the entire experience would be much better. I’ll take my $414 that it was going to cost me to groom my two dogs (before tip) somewhere else.

Good idea, bad execution
Fair warning! I really wanted this to work for me. I unexpectedly had to adopt a family dog due to an emergency. I found this through a Google search and saw that they could do same-day service, if you pay for one of the upper tier packages—upwards to $200.
I selected the available slotted time, HAD TO PRE-PAY, but it was never accepted. The person it was assigned to didn’t respond until after the time I picked. Mind you, I booked it 3 hours prior.
The app then had me reschedule, so I saw that I could make my work schedule free two days after if I got up early enough for the appointment at 8am.
*Mind you, I also work in a similar industry of service and have my own practice.*
My scheduled appointment was at 8am and the person cancelled 10min before the time scheduled—due to van issues. So, if she was planning on leaving at 7:50am, she would have been very late, otherwise, she should have messaged me earlier for either 1. She was having issues and may run late or 2. Told me whenever she discovered the issue that It would have to be canceled.
I rearranged my calendar for this and it wasted my time. Maybe it will work for you, but it didn’t for me.

Inconsistent and poor customer service
I booked one appointment quite successfully through the app and was very happy to try to book again. When I selected the appointment time offered, I never heard back from the groomer or the app saying whether the appointment was confirmed, though my card was charged for the full fee. I even wrote to the live chat to ask and they told me to wait and I would hear from them. I waited 5 days and never heard … so decided to go on faith assuming that they would follow through with the atonement time THEY offered. Instead, I waited for no one and had to reach out to the live chat in order to get them to cancel the PREPAID APPOINTMENT. It was an awful experience, wasting my time and taking work from another groomer that could have booked my appointment. Horribly unprofessional and will not be using again.
