Rude Unprofessional Courier muhamad sadnuh!

Courier name muhamad sadnuh! Very Unprofessional and Rude! We have scheduled for a pick up time at 6pm as I have to commute back home from work, mohamad message me at 5:10pm that he’s at location, I told him I am not there yet and our schedule is at 6pm, he told me that I have to give him the package right now! I called him to explained, he yelled at me told me that he has No time! And hung up my call. I have prove of the rude messages he send me! This is the awful standard service of paxel!
