Great meeting summary. Could not print this summary. Could only save verbatim transcript. Not being able to print is a no go.
Need tweaking
When I try to export the notes, it does not let me. For example when I select email it will open , but as soon as I try to pick a recipient it closes.
I love the app, but…
This is the only free app I could find like this, but the AI isn’t the best. more than half of all the words spoken weren’t there, & the ones that were written were mostly wrong

Did not record or make notes for any lectures I used it for.
Comparability
Let me just start by saying I love the software. Don’t like the fact that I’m having a hard time getting actual customer support. I’m noticing that if I take notes on my phone, I can’t see them if I log onto my tablet and vice versa and they’re both Apple products, that this will be very important. I also know that it’s telling me how long the discussion is, but now I can’t replay the discussion to make sure that I’m not missing Keynote after the summarization I would love to speak to someone to help me with this how do you get a hold of a real person?

Love Paxo - need Evernote exports built in
Paxo is an amazing tool, but creates an island or information that needs to be moved in many cases. Since Evernote is widely used and critical for many, I am asking for a native Evernote export option, for notes, summary, and recording.
Very simple voice note transcriber - not worth the upgrade
The upgrade doesn’t allow for your transcript to be exported. So, it confines me to this app, which is a bit of a blocker. So, I don’t think this app is worth the upgrade.
An average ai note taker
I’m currently using the 7 day trial of the pro, and overall it’s good ai note taker so far. The only reason I’m giving it a 3 so far is that I have some several dissatisfaction which are: 1) You can’t label your audio titles, 2) You can’t make folders for your audios, 3) You can’t highlight or take side notes in your ai audios notes, 4) Even if you have the app on another device your audios won’t show up on the another one unless you export and share it to import it. Hopefully they fix this later on in the updates.

I can see the amazing potential of this app but no progress lately
1st off, it is amazing what this app can do right out of the box. I want to see this perfected so badly. There doesn’t appear to be much recent development (no update for 9 months at this moment).
There are some bugs. I have some recordings that are just empty and I can’t delete them from my list. I am not sure why, but these empty recordings were supposed to be meetings I attended. So I will need to be more conscious of it recording or not going forward.
I hope the development continues, however. This could be an app that someone would use forever. Unless, of course, this type of technology is integrated into every OS.

Love this app, amazing features! One problem: I’m a student so I need to be able to organize lecture notes things by class. Can y’all add the ability to make folders (and color code the folders)? It would be super cool if y’all did!
Therapy genius
This app can record therapy sessions and synthesize them in minutes. It is so helpful to have archived meeting notes to refer back to and the app incredibly organizes sessions for clarity and easy access. First off… HOLY CRAP IS THIS APP AMAZING!!!!! As a neurodivergent ,or as I like to say ✨neuro-spicy✨, entrepreneur this app has changed my workflow overnight. The ability to record not only meeting but masterclass videos im watching and instantly have a breakdown, transcript, AND synced recording for only for under $10 bucks a month is insane. Lifetime member here. Things I wish could be better: - Ability to tag speaker without them being contacts. - The ability to record audio on the same device while im using headphones. Love Paxo for all my meetings and lectures! Saves me so much time with writing notes - it’s so easy to just go back to the transcription.
Super accurate!
The app works great. Even with complex conversations amongst multiple speakers, the accuracy rate is very high!
Insanely good summaries
Paxo is awesome. We used to be religious users of Otter for work at meetings - but the quality of the transcription and especially summaries (and UX) on Paxo is stunning and insanely helpful. We used to re-read Otter transcripts to take notes - we have literally stopped doing that since getting Paxo. It’s awesome!

Best Meeting Notes App
I would highly recommend. I have tried many meeting notes apps to aid my need-finding efforts, but this is the best one by far. The clear summaries and the free transcripts are both extremely helpful. I will definitely be using Paxo going forward!
