Stops connecting takes for ever for service
My company uses this app for our gate at our preschool. We have had it for less than a year. Getting someone to come fix issues takes forever. Once we got the gate system the person didn’t know how to get the app to work on our tables or our phones. Took several months before they helped us again and didn’t even complete there task which was to fix the camera so we could see people. Then a couple weeks later the app stops sending us notifications of people at the gate so we could buzz them in. Took forever to get them to fix it. Then it happens again when they update the gate system, program fobs, and barely fix the camera angle. In fact the gate system stopped working all together and the fobs didn’t even work. They wouldn’t even come back to fix the issue until the next day. Now for a 3rd time we are still not getting updates to our phones.

Very sad app
No Apple wallet not Apple Watch support.
Awful
Spend hours trying to download app and no success. Just will throw visitors the keys. They can call my phone. What a waste 😤
