I keep verifying my ID and Proof of address but the app makes my do it again I have $600 going into this account I need it fixed asap

You click the app and it just shows a black screen and nothing else.
Terrible in all aspects
Wish I could put zero stars as an option. Worst app and worst customer service pathetic to calm this a bank do not use them
