Shocking company.
Absolutely awful company. Stick you on a pay as you go contract without telling you then say you can’t leave them for a year. Force a business to spend £50 a day on electric and then make it virtually impossible for them to top up as their system constantly fails. How they are still in business is beyond me. Trying to speak to a human on the phone is also extremely challenging and frustrating. I would AVOID THIS BUSINESS LIKE THE PLAGUE. You are better off sitting in the dark with candles.

The worse company known to exists
I’ve had so many bad issues with this company. Stay well away from them. I’ve moved across to pay as you go metre and I’m now paying less. Clearly being well over charged by this scamming lot. If I could put zero stars I would
No smart meter - Ripoff pricing
Changed a DD to move suppliers then they objected to transfer. This allowed them to quadrupled prices, so they say. Then switched us to a prepayment meter which is supposed to be a smart meter but isn't as you can not see how much credit is left. Complete bunch of dishonest money grabbing shysters.
Functional but basic
It’s a simple payment app but users should be able to see their current balance? History is also limited to number of payments shown
