The app won’t open on my iPhone SE and on my friends iPhone 6SPlus. We need to use it for Girl Scouts and we can’t :(
Crashes
I have a newer iPhone now and with both my older one and this one the app crashes. It won’t even let you open it. It just crashes immediately. Support was no help either. I’m not sure why this keeps happening.
Does not open
I’m supposed to be using this for work but cannot t get anything more than a second of splash screen before it crawls back into its icon and dies. If only ZERO stars was an option....
Driving me crazy
I have deleted and redone loaded this app. I have turned off and restarted my phone. I have tried ever combination. Still I can’t get this app to open. Pathetic!!!!!
Sage iPhone app not good!
I have downloaded this app from the Apple iPhone App Store repeatedly and have deleted repeatedly. Still can’t use it on my iPhone 7. As soon as I touch the icon to open it it closes again. AVOID this payment app!!! Frustrating!!!

Unreliable
Our business has been using the Sage mobile app for a credit card processing for a couple of years now. However, the latest version of the app crashes at the most inopportune times - most notably after the card has been swiped and read, but prior to the completion of the transaction. The problem has only gotten worse since we upgraded to newer phones (now using the iPhone 6S). We value the ability to process customer payments while on the job, but need a reliable way to do that. Unfortunately, this version of the mobile app leaves much to be desired. Please repair and the problems and update the app soon!

Sage mobile payments
Been using Sage mobile payments through Claris Merchant Services for the last 3 years processing payments in the shop and on the road for my Locksmith business with no issues. Try looking up Claris Merchant Services for info and excellent support with this ap.

Same problem as everyone else. App won't open on my iPhone 6. Very frustrated. Will have to figure something else out for booth sales.
Horrible App!
Is there a zero star! Does anyone with sage ever even read these reviews? Apparently not! This app does not work at all on the iPhone 7! Customer service is no help! Would never use this for personal use!

iPhone 5s - Won't Open!
I have same problem as my IPhone 5s won't OPEN SAGE MOBILE PAYMENTS! I called Sage Tech support said same as other reviewer - Factory Reset but I spent ALL DAY doing a Factory Reset & Restore with SAME RESULTS - SAGE MOBILE PAYMENTS WILL NOT OPEN!! My GS Daughter is losing LOTS of Sales to help her go to Camp this summer!

App won't open
App does not work on my IPhone 5 or 6. It will not even open. Have tried deleting, reinstalling, restarting phone, nothing works. Called tech support, they were no help, suggested newer IOS versions were cause, suggested wiping everything off phone and reinstalling older IOS version..... Maybe Sage should release a new version?

Worst.App.Could be good...
Terrible.
Once you close the app you must uninstall it to log back in and most times that doesn't even work.
Quite terrible when trying to look professional with a customer.

STILL DOESN'T WORK ON MY IPHONE6!!! After installing an app update, the Sage app won't even open. My company uses this to take debit/credit cards in the field. Please fix this!
