I live in Germany but the app is not allowing me to download, gives me errors and the app is in the wrong language (not German or English).

I live in Bosnia and Herzegovina and I can not download this app for Bosnian market. App is using Mexico market

Cannot register - cannot change language

*update: this is the dumb response I received: "Hello Daniel, 👋 [NOTE - my name is not Daniel] the PAYBACK Mexico App can only be used in the Mexican Republic, we suggest you configure your App Store with your region and download the PAYBACK App that corresponds to your country. Do you want to update your review?" No, person-who-thinks-I'm-Daniel, I do not. I want you to send me a link to the app that works in Italy, as per your original email, or else ADMIT THAT THERE ISN'T ONE. I can't register on the app as it is in Spanish and I am in Italy. I cannot find a way to change the language although the App Store claims it is available in several languages. Also - it appears there are multiple apps for various countries but none for use in Italy - but if you email them to ask they will INSIST the Mexican app is for ALL countries and the problem is YOU.
