Never in my life have i ever had issues with signing up for payroll until I had to use this app i can’t get passed signing the documents without the app crashing or endlessly asking for a verification code that i correctly inputted to be told it’s not the right one this company belongs in the dumpster.

Doesn’t remember my phone
I have to do verification every time even though I check marked “remember this device.”It also doesn’t populate my user name and password most times as well.

Tired of having 50 to 70 notifications but I only have 1
Bad sign in issues
Kind of hard to sign in when they email you invalid sign in codes. You can’t have these issues when you are dealing with peoples paychecks and taxes. I need this fixed NOW!! Also, super stupid that they won’t help you with customer service unless you are the HR. Horrible customer service. I would never use this if I owned a business.

I have to reinstall the app every day
This app finally wasn’t terrible until August 2026 and now I can’t login. There’s no way to do that. It only says you have X number of un synced punches. I have no idea why because the punches are all synced when I go online to look there is no sign in button.
I can reinstall the app and it works for one day.
Also, I cant change any settings for notifications on missed punches. I get text messages each time. From a different phone number. Make it stop!
There is no way to communicate issues with the developer, except here. Our HR person is not technical enough to know how to communicate with paycor.

I keep changing my direct deposit information and for some reason, the app keeps changing it back to an account I don’t use. I’ve literally changed my information more than ten times in one week. Worst app ever.

When I open the app and enter username, the app redirects to auth.paycor. What's the point of the app sign in if it redirects to a web site?

My work just switched from paycom to paycor and personally that was the worst decision they ever made. Paycom functioned perfectly always and had so many better features, like seeing an estimate amount of your coming check.
Paycor always says I’ve missed punch’s when I’ve clearly punched in or out. There’s always something wrong with the system even after updating and they don’t have the paycheck estimates feature. I really wish my work would go back to paycom.

Login issues, slow navigation, incorrect information regarding clock in and clock out. Multiple times I have clocked in and it has not registered, so I have to make a missed punch.
Mobile app does auto populate the credentials
Mobile app does auto populate the credentials. The Safari web page from the same phone does everything currently. AI said this is the develop’s issue. They can easily address that.
Do not use
This app sucks! Constantly logs me out and doesn’t accept my Face ID or correct password to let me log back in. And even if I change my password multiple times it still doesn’t accept the new password I just made. It’s so ridiculous!
Logged you out and then you go to login and tells you it’s the wrong user name or password
Honestly, I think this app really isn’t worth any business getting because they always have login problems when you go to log back in you give them your email gives you your username if you forgot it you use it username and then you go. I need my password and then I’ll go and do it and it doesn’t recognize your email or your username because it says it’s wrong so apparently the people who designed it couldn’t find their way out of a wet paper bag with fricking instructions.
