Complicated

I can cope with this…. My 90 yr old Mum cannot..

Experience

Very confusing as keep getting duplicate messages and unable to contact them to sort out ??

Very confusing

I’m finding this very confusing.
I have a scheduled order (every 28 days) but I get reminders asking me to approve the next order Before the next order is due.
So I go in and try to reorder and I’m told that I can’t reorder the meds because they are already on an existing order.
It needs to be clear about existing orders, give an option to ad / subtract and then confirm the order to go to the doctors 28 days after the last one.
It’s just too confusing as it is.
When I get it sorted my pharmacy is good and I get a message telling me when it’s ready to be collected.
It’s just that I have to use th3 app about 3 times to get the script sorted.
Frustrating.

Helps if the app works correctly

Have had about 10 messages asking me to request medication, over last week, every time I press the appropriate button nothing comes up. Just tried it one last time and miraculously it worked. Hopefully this will continue as is useful.

App

Not that good had a few problems with it

Notification or not

We currently don’t get notified when items are ready and apparently it is dependent on only one person in the pharmacy to send out a message, it ought to be part of the process and we should get an automatic notification.

App is useless

This app is no good
Nightmare 😱😱

Disgraceful neglect of people health

Had to get the app because they insisted on it then they dropped it

Waste of time now

When first started using the app it was great ,but now keep getting notifications that my prescription is waiting approval, or is delayed, even after a week. Also keep getting told to order items already ordered . When I check with pharmacy they have my prescription. This needs to be resolved.

Poor

I can only vouch for my own experience . I added the Paydens ( Healthera ) app after I saw it promoted on the pharmacy and I thought , why not ?
I regret ever having the app as I previously was using Emis and the NHS apps without any issues.
My Doctor took me off Simvastatin and replaced it with Rosuvastatin and after attempts ( several ) to edit it , I called into the pharmacy to ask them to update . No one could help me so I deleted the app. Although I still keep getting notifications. I just want it to go away . Everything worked ok before and still does . The staff in the pharmacy are not IT experts and can’t help me .

No hassle, no stress

So easy to use, reminds you to order. No fuss. An email when you’re order is ready. Fabulous invention! Made my life so much easier

Very helpful

They are so nice and helpful and willing to help you for everything

Paydens have no idea

Thought this would be a good app and most of the time it works well. However when something out of the ordinary happens you get a message on the app and also an email (both saying they are from Paydens) and telling you to ring Paydens. Well Paydens deny any knowledge about the app/email and say they don’t know anything about it and the email was not from them. Maybe the staff at Paydens need to be shown how this app works from a patient’s point of view as it’s very frustrating when all they do is deny and leave you going round in circles to get answers!

Great app so far 😃

So far am finding this app really good. The only glitch is that the amount of medication remaining can’t be updated manually as it has to be taken from the medical records. I would have thought that when you collect and order it would automatically reset the number of days. Apart from that I am finding it very useful. My orescriserm to be available quickly and I love the ‘ready for collection’ alert. Will keep on using 😃

Good app - sad impact

Went to book a flu jab at the chemist here in Kings Hill, Kent, and was told I couldn’t as I had to use this app instead. The app is okay, but now having downloaded it I see I could have been jabbed this lunchtime had the staff member been able to book me in themselves, as I can see unused slots via the app 🙁 Instead I’ve had to book myself in next week. So although the app is okay, it is a pity that overall it makes service worse at Paydens. Also, what about people who will struggle with the app eg due to eyesight or disability? Sad.

Can’t delete a recurring order and put back to as needed. A

Also. Can’t delete obsolete items that have been removed by the doctor

very poor

I find this app very confusing. I keep getting messages to order when I’ve already ordered, I can’t see when I’ve ordered and you don’t tell me when the medicine is ready. What you do tell me is that the GP has declined to approve the prescription – you’ve done this twice and both times it’s turned out to be nonsense! What is going on?

Simplicity in ordering meditation

I absolutely love this app, especially the service I get from my local Pharmacy lotus in Croydon Road Beckenham BR3 just to add Kelly and her team are brilliant and always helpful. First Class service all the way thank you Mr S Mutti Beckenham .

Why use plastic?

Medication was originally packed in a recyclable paper bag. Why have Paydens moved over to packing medication in plastic bags?
Notwithstanding this, the service is good.

Problem with updating

This app used to be ok but you have put to much on it now confusing everyone.
Also it’s virtually impossible to update, the pharmacy doesn’t know how to update, they say I have to book an appointment with the doctor just to update my app.
