Worst payment app

The app doesn’t give you the remaining balance for the debt you owe. You have to wait until they send you an updated bill through the mail. You can’t save your payment information so you have to enter it manually everytime you make a payment. It’s a very frustrating payment experience.

Simple and effective

Civilian apps and civilian websites should take notes from this website. Here is an app that doesnt have ten pop ups asking you to sign up for this and that and some model displaying the latest and greatest whatever. We have become so accustomed to the headaches associated with being online that when it’s not given to us we are like “hey military come on maybe add something more because this app kinda feels like I’m paying money to outerspace. That’s the confidence and reliability of the military that gets taken for granted. Thank you for giving me that warm and fuzzy again by making this app simple. It’s as if the designers where like “those losers don’t deserve any pop ups or any rewards club or even some model who got paid way to much and now is a polygamist wife.”

Would give zero stars

I only paid once with the app and it deducted the same ammount twice from my account. I only see one payment in the app payment history.I called DFAS and they could not find anyone who could answer me my question if the patment was made through the app. So, if the app is accepting payments and accessing/provessing banking information, there should be someone who can track it or at least tell me why it happened. I was redirected to multiple departments and all I heard was "it is a third party app and we are not responsible". So, who is reponsible? And, it is also impossible to report the app quality. This feature is blocked for this app in app store. I might be reporting it as a scam

Ruining veterans trust in the country they once served

After calling for what specific bonus I had that needed payed back and getting no information stating that I need to call my prior base for that reason because the woman on the phone was even confused by what I was asking and my prior base not having answers only referring me back to DFAS I was incredibly frustrated asking my prior service family members about what was going on and being advised not to pay my debt until I knew what it was for and why after months of searching and calling veteran affairs I got a letter saying my wages would be garnished by a private debt collector panicking I called veterans affairs within a week or two got a notice saying the veteran affairs had no information or record of debt and to call DFAS again I called them and this time they assured me the debt is authentic and that I’d need to go through further channels and red tape to find out what specific bonus they gave me that was un earned I’ve given up hope I’m struggling to pay bills as it is with this economy I have no future I have no hope because of these people. I have nothing

Work as expected

I set a reminder. The app reminded me. I paid via the app with no issues. It took me about 1.5 minutes, if that.
