Unusable
Terrible app and even worse customer service, specially their AI service. Couldn’t recommend against it more!
Glitchy mess
The app will hit me with a “rate your experience with this app” notification but then not let me click any option, hard locking me from using the app. When I exit and re-enter, it tells me I need to log out of the previous section and, again, not let me click any option thus hard locking me from using the app. It also is unresponsive in accepting the one-time code they send via SMS. Not good for a banking app to have these kinds of problems.

Great app
This a great app to see real time charges.
Multiple sessions
The app will randomly ask for permission to do SharePlay. No matter your choice it will crash the app (black screen that never loads anything). Forcing you to close the app and reopen it. When you go to log in it says you have to log out of your other session before logging in. However, it is impossible to logout because it just reroutes you back to the login page. This forces you to wait until your idle unviewable session auto-logs you out before attempting to actually log in. Why would the new session login not just force a log off of the idle session. This is all from one device (phone based CitiManager app), it’s not like I am trying to log in on my phone and computer at the same time.
