Who likes this experience?
Who are the people thinking that this is a 5 star app?? Is it people who have never used a modern bank? This is garbage. Nothing, I mean NOTHING is frictionless, nothing is easy and straightforward. I have to use it for work and it’s an abomination.

Login errors
I can’t even log into the app because it says I have an active login, I was able to login on the website with no issue whatsoever. Even logged out and tried again on the app, updated the app, nothing is working. It shows that I owe $600, but at the same time it shows that I have a -$2000 credit meaning they owe me that money. Telling me I have to pay that $600 still. What is even going on, GTC is terrible.

No app support for ACH refund, 10 day waiting period between transfers
No app support for ACH refund, 10 day waiting period between transfers. Lousy app. Would not choose to bank with this company if I weren’t forced to due to government contracts. Called on the phone and the rep was short with me, too. Short this company!
Frustrating App
2 factor is required and used to work but had to cancel a card and get a new one and now the new card isn’t linked to my account and 2 factor ID doesn’t work. The tech support just says to read the help guide and you can’t get a real human on the phone. Wouldn’t use them if it wasn’t required by work.
