Decent app with one flaw
After years of use, I've only recently figured out (after much frustration) that to process checks, the app can't see black ink.
MUST USE BLUE PENS.
Would be very nice to include this in the prompts leading to taking pictures of the checks

Can never use it
They always have maintenance and the app is down when you need it. The bank has outages almost every day and I’m not exaggerating.
Notification won’t disappear
There’s been a notification on my app for about 2.5 weeks and nothing fixes it

Interaction patterns exist for a reason. They’re called patterns for a reason. Every transfer flow in the world is ordered “from” then “to”. Some total knob at Navy Federal designs they’re going to innovate by changing a money transfer pattern that has existed for decades by reversing the order and now they’re all “surprised Pikachu” that members like myself have transfers and payments go awry. Change it back to it makes sense. Unless and until this is fixed it’s a 1 star rating and I literally keep my money at Capital One to avoid using this app.
