Better off using someplace else
The thrive off of gullible, young service members. There service stinks and is NOT designed for people on deployment (otherwise they would not require a stupid code to get into an account). I switched because the website kept saying there was an error, but magically, after using the data-mining app by NFCU (read the EULA), I was able to get in using the same password.

Not friendly
Transaction categories are wrong and can't be turned off and even worse, can't be corrected, so my water bill is marked as "dining". Financial data is shared with an unnamed "trusted third party" to provide, it appears, AI generated "insights".

Come on NFCU
The only reason I’m giving three stars and not two is because it usually works day to day. But when the app is down there’s no way to access your account. So I can’t move money or even use it to pay for something digitally. The fact that my banks app can go down just proves that I probably shouldn’t trust them with my money.

App sucks
Every time I need to use my app it’s always down for maintenance. Never had a banking app always down as much as this one. I’m switching banks
