Please bring back the widget. If USAA can have a widget Navy Fed can as well. Put some time into something all the members loved. iOS 26 is your chance to right the wrong.
The app has been broken for months
What kind of banking app doesn’t display your accounts? The “new” accounts page has not been displaying my decades old accounts when I open the app. I’ve reported the issue to their support desk and it’s been weeks of no follow up and no improvement. In fact I was unable to send a screenshot of this issue in their support chat because I can select a screenshot but not upload it. And on top of that-everytime I log in I get a popup that I need to validate my email, even though I’ve validated it repeatedly. The NFCU dev team needs to be fired. I think it’s time to close my accounts and switch to a financial institution that provides basic services.

App does not let me login
I tried reinstalling and changing the password, but this app does not let me log in
Great app but…
I can’t seem to add my State when I’m trying to enroll to my credit score. No matter how many time I tried to put in AE, it comes up Africa. Hopefully they can address this soon. Also, I can’t enroll on mobile either, I try to click on enroll then refresh pops up, hit that, only to go back to enroll again. Will try on desktop to see if that works.
