Recover username and password option
If you see this Navy Federal please fix the option that says “recover username and password” upon clicking this option I enter the correct information and then it tells me that it’s too many attempts after only doing it one time
Latest two releases are broken
Currently unusable.
App was fine until the latest two releases. Now the app freezes when viewing an account. Have to force quit to get out.

Can’t Login
All of a sudden since last night, when I try logging in, I get “An error occurred while processing the request.” Even tried doing the update just now, and I still get the same error.
Support Technical Support Services
Nothing but a machine programmed to ask specific questions that don’t apply to what you need. When you finally get sent to an agent, they put you on hold and hang up on you. I went to the local bank to change my password. They changed it on my phone but when I got home it wouldn’t work on my computer. I don’t even know why they keep telling me to change my password when it was saved on the sign in page. I give them a zero for technical support.

Since last update when I get to displaying page of transactions App freezes. Using iPhone 17 Pro max
App never works
I have to delete the app and reinstall everytime I wanna get into my online banking. It’s so unbelievably slow all the time internet or data. Trying to connect another bank account through their system doesn’t work I had to manually do it. I have 3 other banking apps that are all faster better layouts and was easier to connect my other accounts too. Great benefits for me being in the service disappointed in the app for sure.

Notifications
I recently updated the app and now my transaction notification no longer shows the merchant information. It used to say $ was deducted full your account by Amazon for example. Now it just says money was deducted from your account. Why are y’all messing with stuff?!?!
Date of birth issue
Is anyone else experiencing an issue when putting your date of birth? It seems to only put the month and days but after that that it doesn’t let you do anything at all been having this issue for over a year now. And I have consistently call navy fed to help me and their service also takes forever.
Mobile Deposit
Declines every mobile deposit unless you write their specific name and code on the endorsement. SUPER annoying to get declined after waiting a day by endorsing the same way I would at a bank in person. This is not convenient, this SUCKS.
ALWAYS FREEZES TRASH APP
They’re constantly working on the app without notifying people and it freezes and takes FOREVER to load when I need to check my bank statements. AWFUL TRASH APP STAY AWAY!!
Login issues
I’ve never had so many issues with logging in on any other app until this one. I always have trouble with face recognition on this app ONLY, and when it locks out the face recognition login option, there are no other ways for me to sign in. I have the option to reset my password or recover my username/password, but there’s no other login options. And on top of all of that, there are many times where I open the app, and it takes like 5-10 minutes to even pull up the login screen. And no it’s not a WiFi issue because everything else on my phone works fine, it’s JUST navy federal. It’s so frustrating I’ve considered switching banks just because of the trouble the app causes every single time I use it.

Been a member since 2013. I can’t think of a bad experience I’ve ever had with NFCU. They have opened more branches in my area making it easy to bank in person, plus a stand alone ATM close to my house. So convenient. App is straight forward and easy to use.
Review
So either they're stealing the money, or I don’t know what’s going on… my available balance and current balance don’t add up. My pending charges don’t add up, and I’m confused about why my balance should be one thing but is negative. I don’t know if it’s this app or the bank, but either way, it’s not right.
