Payday and Sneak Peek
I wish they would bring back the sneak peek feature so I don’t have to login every time, It was so much more convenient. It would also be nice to have the reserves pay shown on the pay calendar like Active Duty.
Frequent system crashes
I joined this bank on the recommendation of a family member whom is a veteran. My issue or big con is the bank’s app and website crashing several times and phone lines being down. Unreliable pathetic app
If you are in an urgency and want to transfer money from saving to checking at a evening or during rush hour, you’re doomed with this bank. Their app is always under maintenance and the online tellers are not able to transfer money. Don’t risk this, use BofA instead as they are the most consistent ones I have had so far and reliable ones. Comparing all the banks such as chase, navy fed, BECU etc

Great app but…
Update didn’t address my problem. I can’t seem to add my State when I’m trying to enroll to my credit score. No matter how many time I tried to put in AE, it comes up Africa. Hopefully they can address this soon. Also, I can’t enroll on the website either, I try to click on enroll then refresh pops up, hit that, only to go back to enroll again.

Website more accurate and less hassle
Just crashes too much and is NOT as up to date as the website (which they make harder and harder to access to force people to download the crAPP they made).
Worst bank ever
As long as you are ok clearing every large transaction with a $15/hr customer service rep please join. If you want to run a business and move money around, look elsewhere. What a complete clown show of a bank.

App hasn’t been working on my iPhone for quite some time. Deleted the app reinstalled it still get the same error.
It’s okay. Except mobile deposits, worthless feature
For the time I’ve have this account they have never ever been able to resolve this issue of mobile deposits. No matter the lighting, framing, updates, etc, the image always remains an error with left side blurry. I use mission fed mobile deposits it’s 50/50 but I still have a 50% chance while with navy federal It 0% chance of being able to deposit a check via the app.

HORRIBLE
“THE BLUE SCREEN OF LOADING DEATH AND SPINNING WHITE CIRCLE”. Clicking the app takes you to a loading white circle that takes FOREVER to load…. The app itself is good but the fact that I have to use an internet browser to log into my bank because the app will not load is crazy.

Dark Mode
Needs a dark mode option and an option to stop asking if I want to save device after login. I don’t. I’d rather have the security or “convenience”.
Blocks manual login
NFCU staff must be leaving these great reviews. I HATE THIS APP! It forces the use of a passcode, won’t accept the correct passcode, then blocks logging in with user name and password. Why can’t I use my normal log-in and create a new code since the app is blind to it? “Recovering” forces changes u won’t want to make. Reinstalling does nothing.

I’ve banked with many banks in my years being on earth and I must say navy fed is THE ONLY CREDIT UNION that I had to speak with 6 different people to change my pin!!! I’m still on hold with the 6th person I’m not understanding how nobody can help with this

This app lately is bad, bad, bad, either it’s been comprised or Navy Federal is literally withholding account information. I log in and I get a blank screen. Nothing works!

this bank is great, but I am thinking of switching just because how terrible this app is… it is constantly not working and when I call i get no one so guess what, no access to MY money… thinking of switching to Chase due to this ALONE
What happened?
Apparently when I try to log in it says they have trouble displaying my information and to try logging out to refresh which I've tried many times and still won't let me log in
