Abandoned

As others have said, and as evidenced by its update history, this app has been abandoned. Use the website instead. It’s clunky, outdated, and not intuitive, but it is still functional. This app can’t even offer that much, if you can even log in. Better yet, find an alternative prepaid card provider.

Don’t waste your time

App doesn’t let you log in…ever. Just use the browser, at least that way you can conduct a transaction. It’s not like NFCU doesn’t have the money, fix it already. So ridiculous, annoying and extremely frustrating.
