Online login issue
App does not work very well. Will get error “sorry smth went wrong” Everytime I try to login.

Did Not Make Scheduled Payments!
This stupid app did not make the payments it was supposed to make. Then expected me to wait 3-5 days to be refunded. No one seems to be able to explain why the payments did not go through. Created a huge mess have to scramble for cashier’s checks last minute while they had my money tied up is some failed ACH transfer. User beware!!!

Unreliable for Rent Payments
I tried to use Plastiq to prepay 5 months of rent ($18,750) with full documentation. My lease allows advance rent, and I provided invoices. Plastiq still canceled the payment and told me to “take my business elsewhere.” If you need dependable rent or housing payments, look elsewhere — not a trustworthy app.

They canceled payments for unknown reasons and won’t bother to refund your money
They are scam or incompetent at best.
Please you are better off taking your business somewhere else. I decided to use their services and I regretted. Their processing time for payment from debit card or checking account is 5 business days which sound ridiculous, I still decided to wait only to be told that the transfer failed after 5days and the money removed from my bank account. I sent several messages to their customer support. Nothing. No reason for the fail transaction, no response at all.
