Ach transfer takes 7 days.

Customer service takes minutes to reply via chat, it takes a while to get things solved. The standard ach payments take around 7 days. They count the first business day as day “0” and go from there. Customer service is horrible. Would not recommend for small businesses.

Real sad story say hi toWise

Don’t rely on their service. They are really slow even you are US citizen and you have not a new company and you are sending money abroad to one of the most famous company at that country and that sector they will stop your transfer and will ask you many questions after they receive your response. They will ask them again, prolonging the process, and mentioning that the urgent transfer doesn’t make any sense2zm.
