Can’t verify my identity
It’s requested all kinds of information about me and then says no sorry. I think it just phished my information. Apple shouldn’t let phishing scams in their App Store.

Best Cash back program I have in my electronic wallet.. It’s really a effortless way to earn money with retailers my family uses everyday. Program allows me to save money for my Prescriptions and copays in conjunction with my health insurance ... I love love this app.
Fun Family Experience
Very thankful for payforward! We were with family and had a long extended wait for an activity that we were wanting to do. We were in a location that we were unfamiliar with and was looking for a great lunch spot. We checked our payforward app to see what was around available around us and it led us to a great nearby restaurant. We had the best time and were able to even get cash back on our experience. Such an amazing experience using this app, I highly recommend this to everyone!

App Doesn't Work
I have an account with funds deposited by my employer for a wellness program. I transferred a portion of the funds making a purchase at Best Buy. But now the app doesn't work. I can't see my account or remaining balance. I am getting a message saying the app needs to be updated. But there is no update. Says this item is no longer available. Is this company still in business? Did it steal your money?

Frustrating
I got this app to fundraise for groups at high school. The money never transferred and when I updated the app my entire account disappeared. Other parents had the same problem, none of them were resolved that I know of
The absolute WORST
A company incentive was deposited into PayForward (not my choice, that was the only option in the incentive program). It has taken 2 months of connecting and deleting my bank account over and over to finally link. Then when I went to transfer the $250 of MY money to my bank account I couldn’t because of insufficient funds. I was only able to transfer $249.99. And yeah it’s only a penny but that’s a garbage business practice and isn’t noted anywhere. Phone call and email attempts have gone unreturned. I will also be complaining to my company so they don’t use this looney tunes operation in the future.

Not worth it
Not worth it. .3 cents on the dollar? I get better cash back by finding change on the ground. I can’t use most of the restaurants because they have minimum gift card purchases. I don’t need 20 dollars at Chipotle when I’m alone. Also, it’s awful holding people inline while I buy an E card for 3% savings.

Works great
Had $50 in rewards in the account within the first month. The gift card/e card thing takes some getting used to, and the online purchase rebates take a month to fund, but for the most part it’s free cash back on top of my CC points. Haven’t used the ATM card features yet.
Life Changing!
I tell all of my friends about this app! I save so much money by just making my normal purchases. Its super easy and a simple way to get cash back. The money hit my bank account in no time also! Keep up the good work!
PayForward is Phenomenal!
I just linked my existing credit cards to my PayForward account and now I receive cash back instantly for purchases I already make regularly!
I got it because my work told us about it.
I don’t want to use the word horrible... because it functions. But I have saved nothing with this app and it takes 4-5 days for funds to transfer. Every time it will showed pulled out of my bank but than this app isn’t showing the money till day 4-5. The slowest card I’ve ever used. It was also strangely not working late on a Sunday on my way back from out of town. The customer service line isn’t open 24 hours so there isn’t anyone to call if your card stops working at 10:00p. Over all, bad experience.

Great for splitting the check
My coworkers and I have this app and we use it to split the check at lunch. One person pays the bill and everyone sends that person money. With the app, it literally takes seconds before the money is delivered. Plus, if we're eating at a restaurant on the platform, the person who pays gets cash back! Pretty cool and fast.
