Keeps crashing!
This app already is not the greatest. There could be so much potential. I got an alert earlier about a transaction and I’ve been trying to load it on and off for hours and nothing!!
Issues
Not allowing me to see pending alerts.
Disappointed
The app used to work 100% of the time until they had a software conversion. Now it never works.
TERRIBLE USER EXPERIENCE
This app is absolutely terrible! When presented with a transaction that you have to approve or deny, it doesn’t tell you that if you deny a transaction it DEACTIVATES YOUR CARD WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT!!!! It is beyond frustrating! Now I have to call in to have them activate my card! This is beyond unprofessional! And this is about the last straw I’ve had with their poor customer service!!!!

Needs an update
This app hasn’t worked right in more than a year! It always shows multiples of the SAME PENDING TRANSACTIONS! No one has time to call and go through 500 transactions just to get to one. This app is so useless. My screen is always blank or I can’t even pull up a notification list or history. It hasn’t been updated in two years! Did they fire their mobile app dept?!
